Last week I shared our story of our struggles to become parents and the infertility issues that we face. I then posted about the diagnosis I got while undergoing testing.
March is Endometriosis Awareness Month and I'm asking that you post a picture of something yellow in support of that. Along with your photo please include the button below and a fact about Endometriosis, which you can find from my original post about the disease. Thank you so much in advance! :-)
- Endometriosis is a condition where tissue similar to the lining of the uterus (the endometrial stroma and glands, which should only be located inside the uterus) is found elsewhere in the body
- Approximately 176 million women and girls worldwide suffer from endometriosis; 8.5 million in North America alone.
- Most women with endometriosis suffer pain—and present symptoms—up to a full decade prior to diagnosis.
This link up will remain open the entire month of March.
