The view from up here...
Where in the world are my feet?
Oh, there they are...
I have to stick out my bum and lean forward to see them, but they are there!
The waiting game. Oh yes, that is where we are. We are totally on baby's schedule which is fitting for how long it took us to get here in the first place. Just like when you are are trying to conceive you analyze every symptom and wonder if this might be the month you're pregnant. Instead, your checking in daily... or hourly, to see if what you feel might be impending labor.
Are the cramps legit contraction cramps or just gas?
Is that your water breaking or did you cough too hard and pee a little?
Are those really Braxton Hicks or are they light contractions?
And the mucus plug (or vagina booger as a friend referred to it!) when will I be mortified by it?
Will I bet checking out at Wal*Mart, at work, or sleeping soundly in my bed when labor hits?
It's all one big mystery that you just have to wait for.
While in waiting we have cleaned the house, gone out to dinner, and I've started working on my pregnancy journal, taking every post about pregnancy from this blog, and putting it together in a book. It's been fun to reread some things from the beginning.

You're so close!! I can't wait to read that he has arrived and see his first picture :)
By the way, the water breaking is a gush, you will notice the difference! :) Can't wait to see a status of heading to the hospital! ~Misti
bahaha I laughed so hard at the water breaking vs coughing and peeing question! Pregnancy is so weird. Hope Bug doesn't keep you waiting too much longer!
You look great. The waiting game stinks it will be even more difficult when you go into labor and can't wait to have the baby. :)
Just a FYI you can get a tear in your water bag and have a small leak. Which would make you feel like you have to pee all the time. You would definitely know those because it would just feel like you were leaking all the time. Which is what happened to me. The nurses didn't even figure it out until later. They kept trying to tell me I wasn't in labor. Luckily my first baby came quick and I wasn't discharged.
