HRM 207 Human Resource Management and Staffing Strategies explores strategic employee recruitment and selection that align with business objectives. In particular, students learn a longer-term approach to strategic staffing and strategic workforce planning to achieve business goals. In this course, students learn essential strategic staffing processes, including deï¬ning stafï¬ng requirements, identifying and forecasting stafï¬ng availability, calculating stafï¬ng gaps and surpluses, and developing stafï¬ng strategies and plans that eliminate those stafï¬ng gaps and surpluses effectively and efï¬ciently.
